The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing global-level organization and talent review methodologies, as well as conducting workshops and training sessions to facilitate the talent review process.
Key Responsibilities- Talent Review Methodology Design: Work closely with the Talent Management manager to design and develop global-level organization and talent review methodologies for HQ and regional offices.
- Workshop Facilitation: Conduct global talent review guideline communication and tools application workshops, and assist in training and meeting facilitation.
- Talent Appraisal Process: Work together with internal consulting firms to prepare as-is & to-be O-charts and talent review materials, lead the entire talent appraisal process, review and optimize all review materials, and prepare results analysis for functional leaders before talent calibration meetings.
- Data Analysis: Make data cleaning and analysis, assist in key findings analysis, and design final OD and talent review analysis reports.
- Meeting Facilitation: Assist in organizing and facilitating all functional organization and talent review meetings with Senior Management.
- IDP Program Management: Responsible for the entire IDP program and design team learning interventions for key talents, and implement specific programs.
- Regional Communication: Work together with all regional HR leaders to communicate global talent review guidelines and share HQ best practices, manage all regions' review results and reports.
- Education: Degree or above in HRM or related disciplines.
- Experience: Min 3 years hands-on talent review and development experience in a sizable company.
- Skills: Strong passion in organization and talent development area, strong project management skills with a focus on detailed execution, able to work independently under pressure and prioritize work, good facilitating and presenting skills to large/diverse audiences, good command of both English and Chinese (fluency in spoken Mandarin), and good at writing small articles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel & PPT, and Chinese Word Processing.
