This position is responsible for overseeing the credit risk and service quality control of the credit approval process, reviewing credit policies, and monitoring special credit and loan portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Credit Risk and Service Quality Control: Ensure the smooth functioning of credit control, fraud security, and collections activities.
  • Review Credit Policies: Conduct a comprehensive review of credit policies, secured and unsecured lending policy guidelines, and procedures.
  • Monitor Special Credit and Loan Portfolio Management: Oversee the non-performing loan portfolio and ensure that credit risk management work meets the bank's credit policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise Credit Risk Management Work: Conduct a comprehensive portfolio review and ensure that credit evaluations meet the bank's credit policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 8 years' experience in retail approval and risk compliance requirements.
