As a Retail Development Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships at Hyphen Connect. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management in the retail industry, with a proven track record of building and managing relationships with wholesale and B2B partners.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing growth strategies to expand wholesale, affiliate, and B2B channels, achieving revenue targets and maximizing market share. This will involve identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new wholesale and B2B partners, creating sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships.

You will also be responsible for managing affiliate partnerships by identifying and recruiting affiliates who align with our brand, overseeing performance, and optimizing for growth. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and drive results, are essential. Analytical skills, with experience using CRM and analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly, are also required. Self-motivation and organization are necessary, as you will work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
