Key Responsibilities
  1. Preparation of Sales Quotations: Prepare accurate sales quotations to dealers or end-users, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
  2. Price List Updates: Maintain up-to-date price lists, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  3. Quotation Approval: Seek approval from managers and discuss additional requirements as needed.
  4. Events and Training: Organize and execute events, seminars, and product presentations, promoting Esco's products and services.
  5. Pre-Bid Documents: Prepare pre-bid documents and other accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance and submission.
  6. Customer Support: Provide effective customer support, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
  7. Documentation: Maintain accurate online sales documentation on the Esco HK server, including training materials and product information.
Requirements
  • Degree in Embryology, Science, or Engineering: Possess a diploma or degree in relevant scientific fields.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Sales Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • English Language Proficiency: Possess excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Business Acumen: Display strong business acumen and ability to work independently.
  • Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel overseas for business purposes.
