Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Client Services:

  • Providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinating meetings and events, including arranging catering and logistics.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Managing the office floor plan and coordinating workspace assignments.
  • Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.
  • Maintaining an organized reception area and managing office supplies.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
