Reception and Office Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Client Services:
- Providing a warm and welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including arranging catering and logistics.
Administrative Tasks:
- Managing the office floor plan and coordinating workspace assignments.
- Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is in place.
- Maintaining an organized reception area and managing office supplies.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a law firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
