Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant at AIA International Limited, you will provide all-round secretarial and administrative support to the department head and the department in a timely, accurate and complete manner. This includes arranging meetings and appointments with internal and external parties, assisting in preparing presentation materials and report consolidation, overseeing the maintenance of office premises and equipment, and assisting in planning staff engagement activities as requested.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department head and the department.

Requirements:
- University Degree.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience with 1 year at similar capacity.
- Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred.
- Strong language ability in English and Chinese.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent team player.
