The Job:

  • Job Summary: As an Interior Design Project Coordinator, you will play a supporting role in the day-to-day operations of our office and projects. Your responsibilities will include administrative duties, vendor coordination, and office management to ensure the efficient and timely completion of our projects.
  • Project Assistance: Assist directors in the planning, execution, and completion of office renovation projects by providing administrative support and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative tasks such as report preparation, data entry, and maintaining project files to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Vendor Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Schedule Management: Maintain and update project schedules, timelines, and calendars to keep all stakeholders informed of project progress and deadlines.
  • Procurement Assistance: Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, evaluating proposals, and coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Meeting Organization: Organize and attend project meetings, taking detailed notes and ensuring action items are communicated and followed up on.
  • Office Operations: Oversee office operations, ensuring the environment is organized, well-maintained, and conducive to productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders, and organizing supplies to meet team needs.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate office maintenance and repair tasks, liaising with service providers to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Requirements: 2+ years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English & Cantonese.
  • Terms & Benefits: 5 days work; Mon to Fri: 9:30am-6:30pm; 12 days annual leave.
