Key Responsibilities

  2. Affiliate Recruitment and Training
    • Identify and engage potential affiliates who can drive user traffic and engagement.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that equip affiliates with the necessary knowledge and tools to promote our platform.

  3. Strategy Development and Implementation
    • Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to create targeted campaigns that maximize the reach and effectiveness of our affiliate program.
    • Design and manage incentive and reward programs that motivate affiliates to achieve their targets.

  4. Affiliate Management and Support
    • Act as the main point of contact for all affiliate-related inquiries and provide regular feedback and support to enhance their promotional efforts.
    • Monitor affiliate activities and address operational challenges to improve program delivery.

  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
    • Utilize key performance indicators to track and analyze the success of affiliate promotions.
    • Generate and present detailed reports on affiliate performance and program growth to senior management.

Requirements

This role requires a mid-senior level professional with experience in affiliate marketing or business development. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on both spot and futures markets and excellent communication skills.
