Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate who can leverage their analytical skills to support the development of client insights and facilitate cross-functional collaboration with our sales, trading, research, and investment banking teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with senior managing directors and C-suite executives at some of the world's most prominent institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement client-centric initiatives that drive business growth and market share penetration.
  • Design and deliver compelling business plans, presentations, and briefing materials for senior management and client-facing teams.
  • Serve as a key resource for senior managing directors, providing day-to-day client coverage, creating client deliverables, and meeting ad-hoc client requests.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among sales coverage teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies.
  • Manage and maintain internal databases and models to optimize client engagement and relationship management.
  • Analyze internal and external data sets to identify key areas of focus for senior management and drive business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage productively with senior management, internal colleagues, and clients.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets and Excel-based tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and be proactive, with a strong work ethic, initiative, and self-starter mentality.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client and firm deliverables simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
