About Us

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council is a leading organization that promotes Hong Kong's trade and economic interests. We are looking for a talented individual to join our marketing team.

Job Description

This role involves working closely with our Business Development Managers to drive marketing initiatives and develop business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities
  • Manage relationships with external partners and suppliers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree with at least 1-3 years' working experience in marketing, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; proficiency in a third language is an advantage
  • A collaborative team player with proven leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at managing complex projects across physical and digital domains
  • Outgoing, culturally adaptable, and comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders
  • Innovative, adaptable, and capable of delivering results under tight deadlines and resource constraints
  • Willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays as required to support trade fairs and time-sensitive digital campaigns

Benefits and Remuneration

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
