At PERSOLKelly China, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Human Resource Officer to lead our human resources function and support the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies, policies, and procedures to attract, engage, and retain high-performing employees.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and employees at all levels.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to employment, labor, and human resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in a human resources role, with a focus on managing large teams and driving organizational change.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, department heads, and employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex issues.
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and the ability to create a culture of belonging for all employees.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • A valid passport and the ability to work in Hong Kong.
