Job Summary

The Company, a renowned retail corporation based in Hong Kong with a significant presence in both Hong Kong and China, is seeking an exceptional individual to join their Partnership & Business Development team. This role specializes in the development and management of large-scale shopping malls and tourist complexes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with external organizations to drive traffic and engagement at the shopping mall/tourist complex.
  • Identify, pitch, negotiate, and secure partnership agreements for temporary or seasonal activations, pop-up shops, promotional events, etc.
  • Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including contract negotiation, scheduling, logistics, and post-activation analysis.
  • Cultivate and expand the mall's network of casual leasing partners for short-term retail, food & beverage, and entertainment concepts.
  • Work cross-functionally with the marketing, operations, and leasing teams to align on partnership opportunities, execution, and KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to measure the success and impact of partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive activities, and new partnership models to identify innovative opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership/business development, event marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing successful partnerships.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English, presentation, and project management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop unique, engaging partnership concepts.
  • Familiarity with the retail, hospitality, and/or entertainment industries.
