Key Account Manager Innovative Medicine Executive

About Our Opportunity
We are seeking a Key Account Manager Innovative Medicine to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a sales representative for our oncology/hematology department, you will be responsible for developing long-term strategic plans to achieve sales objectives and other qualitative goals.
- You will manage the call plan for both existing and new customers, as well as manage assigned territories.
- Making regular visits to identify customers' needs and provide treatment solutions to healthcare professionals (HCPs) is also an essential part of this role.
- Analysis of ordering patterns and product sales, preparation of related reports and presentations, and providing customer services to HCPs are additional responsibilities.
- Collaboration with other departments to achieve company objectives, mentoring junior sales representatives or newcomers, demonstrating a role model in the sales function, and relaying market insights to management are also crucial tasks.
- Compliance with integrity and compliance standards is mandatory.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A science background is preferred but not necessary. A bachelor's degree or above is required, along with minimum 4 years of solid experience in selling and customer management in the healthcare industry for KAE.
