About This Role

This Sales Development Representative position at Major Medical Solutions K.F.T. presents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as we expand our reach in the aesthetic medicine and beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential partners across Hong Kong and beyond, focusing on distributors, wholesalers, and networks of aesthetic clinics.
  • SOURCE leads using various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and industry directories.
  • Establish initial contact via email, LinkedIn, messengers, and phone calls to introduce our company and qualify potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings with our sales manager and ensure lead attendance.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM, ensuring all contact history and lead details are up-to-date.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in sales, lead generation, or SDR roles (preferably B2B).
  • Familiarity with the aesthetic medicine or beauty industry.
  • Strong research and information-gathering skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English.
  • Detailed-oriented, well-organized, and process-driven mindset.
  • Proactive approach to seeking ways to improve outreach effectiveness.
