- Drive digitalization and innovation projects to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and reduce operating costs.
- Formulate strategies to grow unsecured business volume and revenue, particularly through online and mobile channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate system user requirements, manage projects, and prioritize tasks within limited resources and budget.
- Conduct market research on the latest market trends and technological developments to evaluate business proposals and implement new initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in retail lending business.
- Strong business mindset, analytical skills, and interpersonal and people management skills.
- Solid project management experience and risk management related experience is a plus.
