We're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our portfolio businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top candidates.
  • Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and screen potential candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of talent.
  • Conduct Initial Interviews: Book and conduct 15-minute video calls with candidates to assess their potential and suitability for the role.
  • Schedule Longer Interviews: Arrange longer, more in-depth interviews with candidates who demonstrate promise during initial screenings.
  • Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our CEO to recruit for positions across the entire group, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Continuously monitor and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance our hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Location Flexibility: Be located within a 4-hour flight from Hong Kong and be available to travel to Hong Kong on short notice to conduct interviews.
  • Independence and Autonomy: Prefer working independently with minimal supervision, with a high degree of autonomy in daily work.
  • Resourcefulness and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving success.
