About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Snaphunt, a fast-growing startup that is revolutionizing the way companies find and hire talent globally. As a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in building a portfolio of clients who are looking to accelerate their growth by building borderless teams.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Initiate contact with prospects to introduce Snaphunt and generate interest.
  • Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our target market and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, strategy, and target customer profiles.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Update the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.

The Ideal Candidate

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or business development roles, preferably within the recruitment or HR tech industry, with an exceptional track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Any prior experience in consulting or a related field is a strong plus.
  • You are a natural problem solver and a strong business advisor with demonstrated experience in influencing senior stakeholders.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • You are self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • We are looking for results-driven, tenacious, and strong team players who can thrive in a fully remote and internationally distributed team.
