The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building a portfolio of clients who are looking to accelerate their growth by building borderless teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Initiate contact with prospects to introduce Snaphunt and generate interest.
- Conduct thorough qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our target market and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, strategy, and target customer profiles.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
- Update the CRM to document all activities on opportunities and follow-ups.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales or business development roles, preferably within ATS/EOR platform sales, with an exceptional track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR tech, or consulting is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.
- Ability to work in a fully remote and internationally distributed team.
