Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various business units and functional departments to deliver expert talent acquisition and onboarding services.
- Oversee the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to formulate and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Identify candidates through diverse channels, including proactive outreach via social media.
- Develop a proactive sourcing strategy for critical skill sets to establish a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure the accuracy of data within Recruitment and other Human Resources systems.
- Assist in the design and management of talent attraction and sourcing initiatives, including tracking mechanisms.
- Coordinate with Corporate and Regional Office teams to support the execution of new and ongoing talent acquisition transformation and innovation projects.
- Help streamline processes and workflows, ensuring proper documentation is maintained.
- Support vendor selection, onboarding, and management processes.
- Supervise junior team members in the execution of team operations.
- Manage ad hoc projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of substantial experience in talent acquisition, gained from both in-house recruiting teams and/or search agencies; experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
- Experience in sourcing talent within and beyond the local market to support business growth is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands and operate effectively and independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Exhibit a positive, collaborative, and proactive attitude.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, with strong data analytics and reporting skills.
Candidates with less experience but strong potential may also be considered for the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role.
