Key Responsibilities- Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador for Avomind, providing exceptional candidate experiences and guiding them through the interview process from application to hire.
- Pipeline Generation: Develop and manage a high-quality pipeline of candidates, leveraging various channels to source and engage with high-potential candidates.
- Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, review preliminary test results, and conduct phone and in-person interviews to identify top talent.
- Coordination & Operations: Manage candidate pipelines efficiently, scheduling interviews, responding to candidate inquiries, and preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
- Campus Recruitment: Collaborate with the Manager/Senior Recruiter to manage campus recruiting logistics, organize events, and develop talent attraction and employer branding activities.
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials and noteworthy extracurricular leadership.
- 0+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting (additional experience is a plus).
- Fluent English and Vietnamese/Thai is a must.
