We are currently in search of a highly skilled professional to fulfill the role of Mortgage Service Officer / Senior Mortgage Service Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance the Bank's mortgage lending portfolio by facilitating the complete mortgage process and applications referred by the branch and mortgage outreach sales teams.
  • Deliver tailored mortgage solutions and services to clients while identifying additional banking needs such as protection and financial services, guiding them through the mortgage application process.
  • Maintain timely and effective communication with frontline staff regarding mortgage approval outcomes and counter-offers to secure mortgage drawdowns and increase the Bank's mortgage penetration.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external departments to ensure that mortgage documentation adheres to the Bank's policies, guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
  • Work in conjunction with various branch teams and outreach sales personnel to meet clients' property and financial requirements, thereby improving the application-to-drawdown ratio.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products and credit guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and staff from frontline and internal departments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a customer service-oriented mindset to ensure efficient and high-quality service processes.
  • Possession of relevant insurance and investment licenses, along with compliance with related Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements.
