At Hang Seng Bank Limited, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative products to our customers. As a Senior Direct Mortgage Officer, you will play a vital role in growing our mortgage lending business by acquiring referrals from property agencies and solicitors' firms, and participating in on-site sales projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with property agencies and solicitors' firms to drive business growth
  • Handle mortgage application documents independently and submit for credit assessment based on the Bank's mortgage guidelines and policies
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our mortgage lending business

Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years' experience in mortgage lending business with good contacts at property agencies/developers and solicitors' firms
  • Strong service and sales orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and willingness to work on Sundays and public holidays
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua an advantage
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively
  • Strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment
