Merchandiser for Calvin Klein (Cut & Sewn Knits)POSITION OVERVIEW:
The merchandising strategy, product innovation, and development for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands are primarily managed by specific PVH affiliates in the United States, focusing on products sold in North America, Asia, and South America. This role is essential in supporting these affiliates to fulfill their operational and strategic objectives.
The individual in this position will oversee sample and order management for the brand while collaborating with various teams. This role involves assisting the supervisor with daily operations to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage in communication with suppliers and business partners regarding sample and bulk order management Implement processes based on established product and service standards, as well as cost targets from the brand Conduct price negotiations and manage cost expectations Oversee cost analysis and troubleshooting Ensure timely delivery of sample and bulk production in accordance with the plan Manage work-in-progress (WIP) effectively Coordinate timelines from product development to bulk shipment Maintain garment and product quality, style, and execution Prepare various reports as needed Support the supervisor in achieving KPIsDECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY

Bachelor’s degree in Textile and Clothing or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or a post-secondary degree with at least 5 years of experience in apparel and materials Experience in apparel buying or trading environments is preferredREQUIRED SKILLS:
In-depth product knowledge of Men's and Women's cut and sewn knit apparel Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making Excellent negotiation capabilities High adaptability and agility in work Proficient in English and local languages, both written and verbal Competent in data management and computer skills-
