About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Alfred Dunhill. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising plans that drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the General Manager and retail team to develop and implement merchandising plans that meet company targets.
  • Review seasonal assortments and ensure they align with the merchandise plan.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with design and merchandising teams to share market feedback and product knowledge.
  • Provide product knowledge support to drive sales and service.
  • Coordinate with the retail team and General Manager on pricing, mark-up, markdown, and sell-thru targets.
  • Drive continuous improvement of merchandising systems and processes.
  • Work closely with HQ, warehouse, and boutiques to ensure accurate and timely replenishments and allocations.
  • Confirm shipment release and review shipment invoices.
  • Trend presentation and seasonal collection training & workshops.
  • Initiate and monitor rebalancing or regrouping.
  • Prepare regular merchandise reports and analysis for management review.
  • Lead and work closely with retail team on quality matters and after-sales services.
  • Monitor and report quality issues.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 3 years working experience in a related field.
  • Outgoing, positive, and able to multi-task.
  • Detail-minded and sensitive to figures.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good learning ability and diligent.
  • Good team player, capable administrator, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, plus Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Proficient in using MS Word, Outlook, and strong skillset on Excel is a MUST.
