To support our growth, we are seeking talented individuals who resonate with our values to join our Swimwear and Lingerie division as a Lead Merchandising Specialist .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer requirements and formulate effective sourcing strategies.
  • Assist in the product development cycle to ensure alignment with quality and budgetary expectations.
  • Conduct supplier sourcing, negotiate pricing, and maintain robust business relationships with vendors for product development and manufacturing.
  • Oversee production processes and monitor orders to guarantee customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A diploma or higher in Merchandising, Textiles, Fabrics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Swimwear, Activewear/Sportswear, and Lingerie; experience with European brands is essential.
  • Proficient in end-to-end merchandising, from product development to production oversight and quality control; hands-on experience with garment technology and fabric knowledge is advantageous.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities; adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
