Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Triumph International. As a key member of our Brand Merchandising Department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of our Strategic Product Planning and Process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of seasonal and annual business targets, working closely with the Brand Merchandising Manager and Senior Brand Merchandising Manager.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the fashion industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Brand Marketing, to deliver against our Service Leader Corporate proposition.
  • Develop and maintain Asia product and pricing strategy tools, and competitors analysis.
  • Participate in the preparation and organization of Range meetings, including sample management, tools preparation, model casting, and support during presentations.
  • Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the Brand Merchandising Manager.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of working experience in Brand Management or Product Management in the apparel/fashion industry.
  • Educated to degree level +.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills, specifically using Pivot Table, VLookup functions, and charts.
  • Understanding of and strong interest in the fashion/textile environment, with basic knowledge of brand positioning and trends, competitive environment, and consumer needs.
  • Ability to inspire via strong presentation and communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an international company and multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese/Mandarin or working proficiency.
  • Well-organized with multi-tasking talent.
  • Flexible, creative, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under time pressure.
