Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Beauty Care Specialist at Estée Lauder - Brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales of beauty care treatments and products, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including skincare consultations, product recommendations, and after-sales support.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty to the Estée Lauder brand.
  • Qualifications: A strong background in sales, customer service, and skincare is essential. Previous experience in a retail or beauty industry environment is highly desirable.
Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field, such as beauty therapy or business, is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong product knowledge and sales skills are essential.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.
