Job Summary

We seek a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing strategy and drive growth. As the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with our Heads of Business to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for Hex Trust, including brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing campaigns that meet business goals.
  3. Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search, display, and content marketing.
  4. Identify and oversee successful panels and side events at leading industry conferences.
  5. Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  6. Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure the highest return on investment.
  7. Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  4. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, influence, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
