Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying and tracking errors and breaches, implementing effective control practices, and contributing to various projects and/or the introduction of new initiatives, systems, products/services, and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of excellence and innovation, driving responsible growth and delivering exceptional results for our clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders.
  • Manage complex projects and workstreams, serving as a subject matter expert and handling highly complex issues requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders.
  • Evaluate key risks, performance indicators, and desktop procedures to ensure documentation, regular review, and escalation where necessary.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries from regulatory agencies and internal control partners, and offer reporting as needed.
  • Establish strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including FLU and Front Office partners.
  • Continuously monitor and correct errors, breaches, data issues, and control enhancements affecting the reports.
  • Cultivate a positive working relationship with upstream process owners and data providers to enhance data quality for regulatory reports.
