The Opportunity
We are looking for a proven, results-driven, and solution-oriented Country Manager/Head of Sales who will be accountable and fully responsible for the 'functional sell' of SimCorp product and services offers, to new SimCorp APAC clients. This will include responsibility for the leadership, direction, and mentorship of the sales team and presales team on specific deals, as well as working closely with the marketing function in the region.
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor's degree, advanced degrees preferred.
- Previous experience in a Sales role is critical.
- Previous enterprise sales experience in a fast-paced organization.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders of funds in APAC.
- Ability to learn and understand business issues the SimCorp offerings solve.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Balance of people, selling and relationship development skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the lifecycle of the sales process.
- Excellent customer relations and relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify market trends impacting corporate sales techniques.
