Senior Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at HSBC Private Bank. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and developing high-net-worth client portfolios, providing full-service banking and transactions, and establishing new relationships to generate revenue and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Manage and develop client portfolios to achieve revenue growth and increase assets under management.
- Relationship Building: Establish new relationships with high-net-worth individuals and manage existing relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Operational Effectiveness: Work closely with other Bank Departments to maintain internal control standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Experience: Considerable experience in the banking sector, with a proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth, and revenue generation.
- Skills: Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, highly developed communication skills, and ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
- Language: Mandarin skills are essential.
