Job Summary

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our Private Banking Department as a Senior Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of private banking customers, providing investment advice, and delivering premium service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of private banking customers, providing tailored investment solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide investment advice and deliver premium service to customers, executing their orders and monitoring portfolio performance.
  • Perform investment portfolio analysis, monitoring performance and making recommendations for portfolio reallocation.
  • Manage credit quality and monitor exposure of customers' loan portfolios.
  • Work with internal departments to solicit business referrals and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications such as CFP or CFA.
  • Passes in the HKSI and IIQE licensing examinations.
  • Minimum 6 years' banking experience, with good knowledge of investment products.
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, embrace change, and overcome challenges.
  • Ability to be resilient in the face of difficult situations.
  • Strong desire for self-improvement and learning from experiences.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in both written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage.
  • High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services for customers.
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as a Relationship Manager.
