Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking team at Bank of China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our commercial banking clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a designated portfolio of commercial banking clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing relationships, and increase revenue growth.
  • Credit Analysis: Conduct thorough credit analysis and prepare credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority, ensuring that all credit decisions are sound and well-supported.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of banking services to clients.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with junior teammates, providing guidance and coaching to help them develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree holder or above with a major in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in the commercial banking business segment, with a strong understanding of corporate banking and treasury products/services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Language: Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
