We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at HSBC Private Bank. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients, providing full-service banking and all transactions, and establishing new relationships to generate new assets under management (AUM) and revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Client Portfolio Management: Manage and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth individual clients, ensuring their objectives are met through an appropriate selection of products within the client portfolio.
- Relationship Building: Establish new relationships with high-net-worth individuals and manage existing relationships to generate new AUM and revenue.
- Business Development: Grow revenue, increase AUM of portfolio, and increase inflows of net new money (NNM) by leveraging brand, channels, and RM network.
- Operational Effectiveness: Work closely with other Bank Departments to maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators.
- Experience: Considerable experience in the banking sector, with a proven track record in asset gathering, asset growth, and revenue generation.
- Skills: Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, highly developed communication skills for use in direct client contact and problem-solving, ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis, and strong customer service focus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, business, or economics.
- Language: Mandarin skills are essential.
