The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers is seeking a Client Success Executive to lead our efforts in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deepen relationships and drive mutual value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty through proactive identification and addressing of client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and own team to align on client goals and deliver exceptional service, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships.
  • Client Success: Monitor and analyse client performance, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes, track and report on key metrics, such as client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

You will have a Bachelor's Degree or above in business, marketing, communications or related fields, with 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management and business development. You should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
