About the Position

The Customer Success Executive will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and achieve their desired outcomes. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can build strong relationships with clients and drive results-oriented conversations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure clients achieve their business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand their business with STATE STREET CORPORATION.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and meet client expectations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to clients on how to optimize their investment portfolios and manage risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record of success in customer success, account management, sales, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail.
