Client Success Manager

Our client seeks an experienced Merchant Relationship Executive to drive business growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to grow revenue and expand existing merchant relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for merchants, providing personalized support and addressing concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the merchant experience and improve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for business negotiation and contract management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales/account management.
- Experience in payment/financial industries is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
