This role offers a unique blend of project management, relationship management, and financial expertise, driving client success and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Onboard Clients: Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the implementation of Hazeltree's treasury solutions.
  2. Manage Projects: Develop and execute project plans, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  3. Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at hedge funds and private market firms, understanding their unique needs.
  4. Growth Opportunities: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand Hazeltree's footprint within existing accounts.
  5. Client Success: Provide expert training, proactive support, and ongoing engagement to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, and Client Services teams to enhance our solutions and advocate for client needs.
  7. Financial Expertise: Apply your knowledge of financial instruments, cash management, and treasury operations to support clients effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience in project management and/or account management, ideally within financial services, fintech, or SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and treasury operations.
  • Familiarity with hedge funds, private equity, and alternative investments is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client needs and develop strategic solutions.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, client onboarding, or account management.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or financial services is highly preferred.
