HK$45,000 - HK$60,000 per month

Job Description

This role involves assisting in the implementation and management of sales/service activities, expanding EPS merchant acquiring business in Hong Kong. Key responsibilities include maintaining EPS position in the market by exploring and sustaining profitable merchant relationships, maximizing EPSCO's profitability.

  • Achieve EPSCO's targets for individual and team, including new merchants/terminal acquisition, EPS transaction volume, China Union Pay (CUP) merchant acquisition, Point-of-Sales (POS) terminal penetration against total portfolio, sharing buttons acquired from other banks, joint promotion referrals, minimizing merchant/terminal attrition, and achieving year-on-year merchant income growth.
  • Maintain frequent contact with merchants to enhance and cement merchant relationships and acquire additional business from existing merchants.
  • Independently responsible for after-sales follow-up activities and administrative tasks, handling phone-in enquiries. Gather merchant transaction data for the team to prepare proposals and analysis if deemed necessary.
  • Support annual and ad-hoc projects.
  • Collect information from merchants and customers, report, and propose actions to respective team leaders to safeguard market share.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper service standards can be maintained.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • College or above education preferred.
  • 1-3 years working experience, with sales experience in the financial industry or other retail consumer products being a plus.
  • Good telephone manner, customer-focused mindset, effective communication skills.
  • Sound problem-solving, negotiation, planning, and organizing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, possesses good interpersonal skills, and a good team player.
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, and Putonghua.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, internet operating skills, and computer security.
