We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling the Know Your Customer (KYC) review of new clients and other issues related to client onboarding. You will also promote investor services to institutional clients in relation to various fund and investment products, and authorized funds etc.

The successful candidate will have a degree in business, finance or relevant disciplines; CPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM is preferable. At least 2 years relevant experience in asset management or banking industry is required. Good understanding and knowledge of economy, law, finance, financial management, and familiarity with economic and financial laws and regulations and policies are essential. Good communication skills, comprehensive analysis, coordination, and negotiation ability are also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform KYC review of new clients and handle other issues related to client onboarding;
  • Promote investor services to institutional clients in relation to various fund and investment products, and authorized funds etc.;
  • Actively generate and grow business from existing clients and potential targets;
  • Manage, develop, and retain client relationships in a professional manner;
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned;

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in business, finance, or relevant disciplines; CPA, ACCA, CFA, FRM is preferable;
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in asset management or banking industry is preferred;
  • Good understanding and knowledge of economy, law, finance, financial management, and familiarity with economic and financial laws and regulations and policies;
  • Good communication skills, comprehensive analysis, coordination, and negotiation ability;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
