About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with Medtronic, a leading medical technology company, as a Medical Territory Representative for Cardiovascular CRDN sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Promote and sell Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product services to maximize benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Promote education of Medtronic's products and/or services.
  • Conduct market research, including customers and competitors' activities.
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and make necessary changes.
  • Communicate customer feedback on new products and/or modifications to existing products or applications to internal stakeholders, including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A Bachelor's degree required.
  • 0 years of experience required, with an introductory knowledge of company products and services.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
