Strategic Business Development Professional

Main objectives:
- Develop and maintain relationships with family office professionals, ultra-high net worth individuals, and intermediaries, including accountants and attorneys.
- Identify potential clients and collaborate with internal teams to develop and close business opportunities.
- Engage with qualified prospects and work with investment teams to secure new business and generate leads for the pipeline.
- Establish and implement long-term strategies to maintain an active pipeline of opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant business development or relationship management experience, including equities and fixed income.
- Preferably with experience in UHNW/Family office.
- Proven track record of relationship management and business development.
- Deep understanding of investment offerings, including equities and fixed income.
- Ability to manage long-term relationships and initiate new client relationships.
- Excellent client service and communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Strong team player with a strong work ethic.
