Business Growth Manager

Classy Wheeler Limited, a rapidly growing green finance platform company, is seeking a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their expanding team.
Job OverviewThe ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing initiatives and plans to explore business opportunities. They will also be expected to strengthen brand image and awareness, and maximize business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth and expand market share.
- Manage the development of sales and marketing materials, including website content, eDMs, company documents, and proposals.
- Oversee online media and platforms, including the company website, LinkedIn, and HubSpot.
- Analyze competitors' activities and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Organize company events, webinars, and activities to engage with customers and stakeholders.
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder in a related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of solid working experience in marketing or brand management, preferably in a B2B/corporate setting.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and knowledge in graphic design and Adobe Illustrator.
- Corporately presentable and business savvy.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, hardworking, willing to learn, and to face challenges; self-motivated, independent, and creative.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
