Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, chat, and email channels.

You will handle all types of banking, credit, and investment inquiries, as well as social media inboxes. In addition, you will handle escalation cases, provide training and coaching to new team members, and contribute to the improvement of our customer service processes.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry. You should also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
