Talent Acquisition Role

  • We are seeking a talented individual to oversee recruitment for a pivotal business unit, collaborating closely with line managers and crafting strategic recruitment solutions across all organizational levels.
  • The ideal candidate will exhibit strong logical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Developing and implementing hiring strategies leveraging market insights
  2. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from job intake to onboarding
  3. Cultivating a robust talent pipeline by fostering relationships with past applicants and potential hires
  4. Innovatively expanding recruitment channels to engage passive candidates
  5. Collaborating with hiring managers to comprehensively understand recruitment needs
  6. Ensuring timely completion of approvals, reports, and documentation

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience in-house or from a recruitment agency
  • Demonstrated leadership and proactiveness in driving hiring initiatives
  • Experience in recruiting internationally is advantageous
  • Strong full-cycle recruiting skills with expertise in various interview techniques and assessment methods
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data to inform decision-making
  • Skilled in building talent databases and leveraging social media and professional networks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required
  • Experience in IT or technology-related industries is preferred
