Head of Sales and Revenue

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Officer to lead our revenue-generating efforts, driving strategic partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for aligning business strategies with market opportunities and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends and identify new revenue streams
- Develop and execute competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
- Establish strong relationships with customers to inform product development and enhancement cycles
- Collaborate with finance, product management, marketing, pricing strategies, and business models
- Identify and resolve issues across marketing, sales, and account management functions
Requirements:
- Degree or higher in business or related field
- At least ten years of commercial experience, with the last three years at the management level
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
- Experience developing and executing business strategy
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
- Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Responsible, attention to detail, self-motivated
