Job Overview

The Role

In this position, you will provide essential daily sales and administrative assistance to our internal sales teams. You will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with Distribution Management counterparts to ensure the smooth execution of all distribution management activities.

Reporting directly to Field Management personnel, your contributions will be vital in enhancing the performance of distribution management, ultimately aiding in the achievement of the company's business objectives.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, with at least 3 years in a field management role.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Organizing and facilitating sales and management meetings.
  • Offering administrative support to ensure the effective daily operations of sales teams.
  • Assisting in resolving daily operational challenges.
  • Aiding in the preparation of performance management reports and presentation materials.
  • Providing administrative and secretarial assistance to distribution management.
