**Job Summary**

Siemens Healthcare Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in the daily sales administration activities, including arranging meetings, tenders, quotations, contracts, and documentation processing.
  • Support the sales team in achieving pre-defined sales targets.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Coordinate sales events and sales activities.

**Requirements:**

  • Post-secondary education or university graduate preferred.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, but fresh graduates will also be considered.
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Proficient in MS applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Self-motivated and a good team player with a positive working attitude.
