Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Administrative Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at Experior Asia. Our organization specializes in education recruitment, collaborating with educational institutions throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Functions:
  • Engage potential clients and promote our services through both telephonic and face-to-face interactions.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and finalizations.
  • Participate in educational fairs and engage with school administrators.
Administrative Duties:
  • Offer comprehensive support to both the organization and educational personnel.
  • Assist in administrative and operational tasks.
  • Handle various office responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage school tender submissions.
  • Process invoices and manage expense documentation.
  • Coordinate visa applications and liaise with immigration authorities.
  • Perform additional office-related tasks as required.



Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably related to education).
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid work visa.
