Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment and employee relations while participating in the annual talent acquisition planning.
  • Oversee compensation calculations and record-keeping for employee benefits, including MPF, taxation, staff attendance, leave policies, and group insurance plans.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and relevant projects.
  • Contribute to strategic HR budget planning and cost control.
  • Support staff development activities.
  • Engage in various initiatives that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field; study experience in Hong Kong or overseas is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Familiarity with local labour laws and employment regulations; experience with compensation and benefits management systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in HR and payroll-related software.
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English.
